In living out our core values, Spectrum is committed to working with agencies, organizations, businesses, and groups to make our ensure all spaces are not just safe, but affirming for our 2SLGBTQIA+ family, friends, accomplices, and community.
All consultation and education services are rooted in anti-racism, anti-oppression, uplifting indigeneity, and using a critical and intersectional lens to examine our worlds. Spectrum’s Education Team provides queer and anti-racist cultural fluency workshops throughout the Inland Northwest to educate others on the specific needs and concerns of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
Education
Our consultation and workshop services are part of Spectrum’s revenue stream and serves the Spokane and surrounding queer community by:

Supporting organizations in order to improve the quality of services and interactions for their employees and clients

Compensating the labor of experts within our community for their knowledge
